I request that your office change my address. SSA document attached to verify address - Garnishing 60% of retirement and sending it to MS CSE (Case No: 616437038).

I request that your office release my driver's license. It has been suspended by CA CSE for 18 years running.

I request that your office cancel any warrants for my arrest. I would like to visit California to attend my youngest daughter's wedding.

I request that the $781 taken from my monthly retirement payment be distributed to my children. Their Mom has already received $4,000. She has been living in a mansion in Carmel by the Sea even when she first applied for welfare in Monterey County.

We are collecting monies by way of the child support office in Mississippi on our behalf since November/2018.

DCSS cannot recall the bench warrant for your arrest for failure to appear at a violation of Probation Sentencing Hearing on December 13, 2007. The court ordered a bench warrant. Bail set at $70,000.00.

You will need to contact the Superior Courts of the Monterey County at 831-775-5400 x3002, which is the Criminal Calendar Division and request that the case be re-calendared. Your court case number is MS212792A.

If you did not have a bench warrant for your arrest, I would not hesitate to release your California drivers license. Because there is a bench warrant, I will not release until the warrant is resolve and we proceed with the criminal proceedings of your criminal probation case.

I am seeking asylum in Mississippi to avoid slavery - It's not funny

Does Mississippi have a process where grievances can be redressed, if Child Support Enforcement (CSE) doesn't follow the Federal law (USC 42 666)?

In California the family breadwinner can request a State hearing if there is CSE fraud (Los Angeles County and Monterey County were double billing me for the same children and suspended my drivers license for not paying, ... ).

Steve Horn (R-Long Beach, representing the 38th District in the U.S. House of Representatives 2002) and Alan Lowenthal (D-Long Beach) from California have helped me to audit the CSE agencies in that state via the 'Complaint Resolution and State Hearing process' (http://gndzerosrv.com/Web%20Pages/lowenthal.htm).

USC 42 654 21 only allows states to charge 3% - 6% and requires that the interest must be distributed last. California charges 10% interest, distributes interest first, and has the audacity to double all collections when competing for a portion of the 'Incentive pool' that is up for grabs by all states.

USC 42 658a b5Ci allows states to double collections distributed as interest, welfare, or fostercare regarding incentive awards since these collections must be distributed last.

Mississippi CSE (Case No: 616437038) has been funneling 65% of my Social Security retirement to CA CSE but they only get to claim $804 collection while CA CSE claims $1,608 collection.

CA CSE has suspended my drivers license for 18 years running and refuse to release it.

Will you please inform CA CSE that they are impersonating a federal agency and are depriving my rights and privileges under the color of law (USC 42 1983).

I strongly disagree with a statement made in the "Conclusions" section of CA CSE Response:
"Monterey County DCSS is enforcing a valid money judgment and is charging interest pursuant to California law. The charging of interest is a state right and is not dictated by the federal government. 42 U.S.C.A 654(21)(A) applies to late fees and not interest. California has opted to only charge interest and not to assess an additional late fee."
USC 42 654 21 describes charging interest on overdue support and they call it a 'late payment fee'.

I am the child support officer assigned to your case in Monterey County. I have communicated with my supervisor who will submit electronically to DMV to release the hold that Los Angeles County had when they use to managed your child support case.

It was electronically sent today so please allow 5-7 business days for release to be processed by DMV before having to go. I would encourage you to call after 5-7 business days to ensure they have receive the release of hold on your driver license before going to the DMV’s office.
